We generally prefer to take a majority stake and work closely with sellers and management teams wishing to remain.

Earnings (EBIT)
Companies with a maintainable EBIT of between $3m and $6m
Ownership
Longmoat generally seek to own 70%+
Geography
Businesses based in Australia or New Zealand are considered
